Perfectly located in the heart of Summit County, Colorado! Our riverfront location brings moose, deer, and other wildlife right to our doorstep – enjoy watching them from our decks.

Our 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom townhome has a fully stocked kitchen featuring Samsung Bespoke appliances and Dekton countertops, a living room with smart TV and fireplace, separate dining area with live-edge table that seats six, an attached heated garage, ground-level front and back door access, 600mbps WiFi, three decks, and a shared grassy backyard with Adirondack chairs and hammock. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.

Ski and snowboard at Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Vail, and Arapahoe Basin – all within a 15-30 minute drive. Snowmobile, snowshoe, tubing, and cross-country skiing nearby as well.

Our neighborhood sidewalk connects to the Lower Blue Recpath which runs alongside the Blue River. The Blue River is a designated Colorado Gold Medal Water, consistently producing a trout standing stock of at least 60 pounds per acre and an average of at least 12 quality trout (14+ inches) per acre. The Lower Blue Recpath goes all the way to Lake Dillon where you connect with Dillon Reservoir Recpath. From there take your pick – Breckenridge or Vail!

Six golf courses, dozens of hiking/biking trails, sailing, paddle boarding, guided fishing trips, charter boats, outlet mall shopping, and plenty of restaurants nearby including the Bluebird Market, a chef-driven Food Hall featuring culinary concepts from both local and regional chefs.

Silverthorne Recreation Center has four pools, two water slides, a spacious gym, indoor track, cardio and weight rooms, as well as a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Open seven days a week, the Rec Center also offers childcare, drop-in classes, and free Wi-Fi. The neighborhood parks provide tennis and pickleball courts, skateboarding half-pipes, sledding hills, playgrounds, and picnic pavilions.

Our townhouse is 500 feet to the Summit Stage bus stop. Catch connecting buses to all your favorite Summit County attractions.
