Our 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom townhome has a fully stocked kitchen featuring Samsung Bespoke appliances and Dekton countertops, a living room with smart TV and fireplace, separate dining area with live-edge table that seats six, an attached heated garage, ground-level front and back door access, 600mbps WiFi, three decks, and a shared grassy backyard with Adirondack chairs and hammock. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.

Our riverfront location brings moose, deer, and other wildlife right to our doorstep – safely enjoy watching them from our decks!

The main level has an open floor plan with a cozy soft seating area, separate dining area, spacious kitchen, and half bathroom.

Living area

Features a flat screen smart TV with basic cable, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, ample seating for the whole family or friend group, a queen sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper oversized chair. Step outside onto the first main level balcony just off the living area where you will find outdoor seating and breathtaking creek and mountain views. Moose frequent the backyard so keep an eye out for them!

Dining area

Enjoy a family dinner in the dining area which comfortably seats six. One of two desks in the townhouse is in the dining area, making this the ideal WFH location for two people.

Kitchen

The full-sized kitchen has a large pantry and is well stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make your meals away from home easy. Upgraded in 2025 with Dekton countertops, deep quartz composite sink, Delta faucet, an instant hot filtered water tap, a Samsung Bespoke side-by-side fridge and large Samsung microwave. The second main level balcony is off the kitchen providing a gas grill and beautiful alpine views.

Deck

Enjoy the sounds of WIllow Creek and views of the Gore Range on the left and Williams Fork Mountain Range on the right, from the three-person couch and the dining table with seating for four. Roller shades block early morning and late afternoon sun making this a comfortable space all day long. Moose frequent the back yard, so keep an eye out!

Half bath

Conveniently located on the main floor, styled with mid-century modern fixtures, pedestal sink, and skirted toilet which elevates this small space.

The top floor has two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the hallway closet.

Primary bedroom

The primary suite is located on the top floor. Make yourself at home with the new Tempur-pedic Medium Hybrid Adapt mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom.

The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom is also on this level, featuring a Serta Perfect queen-sized bed and flat screen TV. This is where the second WFH desk is located.

The upper level second bathroom features a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination and offers a second entrance from the guest bedroom for an en suite feel.

This bedroom is on Willow Creek. Drift off to sleep serenaded by the soothing rhythms of Willow Creek’s flowing waters.

Other top floor amenities

The private washer and dryer are located in the utility closet on the upper level. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

Also on this level you will find the last balcony. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and unbeatable views year round!

This scenic trail follows the Blue River to Lake Dillon, links to the Dillon Reservoir Recpath, and offers access to paths to Breckenridge and Vail! Dozens of other hiking (or snowshoeing in the winter) trails are a short drive away.

One mile to Super Target, less than two miles to I-70, and 5 minutes to Lake Dillon or City Market.

15 minutes to Copper or Keystone, 30 minutes to Breckenridge or Vail (weather permitting of course).

Well-behaved pets welcome!

We welcome up to two well-behaved, < 50 pound dogs per stay with an additional fee. This fee is used to do the extra housekeeping required to remove all pet hair after you check out. Your four-legged friends will enjoy the summer grassy open space behind the townhome, accessible from the heated garage. There’s also an open space across from the front of the townhome.
