$650-700 per night (plus taxes) with discounts applied for longer stays:
- $9,500 for a 30-night stay (no taxes collected)
- $3,500 for a 7-night stay (plus taxes)
- 20% premium added for Christmas through New Years weeks
- $250 pet fee per stay
April-November
$450-500 per night (plus taxes) with discounts applied for longer stays:
- $7,000 for a 30-night stay (no taxes collected)
- $2,500 for a 7-night stay (plus taxes)
- $250 pet fee per stay
Notes
- 6 person maximum per City rules
- 2 dog maximum per HOA rules
- 3-night minimum, holidays 5-night minimum.
- Prices subject to change without notice unless booking confirmed in writing.
- $1,500 refundable deposit
- 50% deposit for reservations more than 150 days out with final payment due 120 days out; 100% payment required for bookings less than 149 days out
- 100% refund if canceled 121+ days before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled 31–120 days before check-in
- No refund if canceled within 30 days of check-in
